Dear Ms. September,

I have written you and a few other beautiful women that I admire greatly as I am composing a story for an
international magazine about beauty and kindness.  My name is Gavin_____( last name reserved) and I am a quadriplegic. 
I am confined to a hospital bed for twenty-four hours a day, everyday, and have been for fourteen years. 
I have finally made arrangements with my family's help to come home from a nursing home where
I spent several long lonely years. 

            During my long residence at this home, both my days and nights were harried by calls for assistance, cries of anguish, pain,
confusion and the occasional maniacal scream from the severely deranged.  I was forced to live under these conditions as the
home was divided by the need for skilled nursing care.  A quadriplegic confined to a hospital bed with both kidney and respiratory
problems is classified as a skilled nursing patient along with Alzheimer's and the mentally unstable.

            I have literally spent years in a nursing home.  In this time, books, music and movies were my savior. 
I had lapsed into a terrible depression due to my condition, situation, loneliness and isolation. 

            I soon became loved by the staff who often brought me a computer "to pass the time."   
I found that surfing the net, as when I was younger, could be an escape for me. 
They took me to places that otherwise I may never see and introduced me to people that both inspired,
entertained and gave me hope for the future. 

            I am able to type with an adaptive brace on my right arm with an upside down pencil sticking out. 
I am able to type, though laboriously, with the very limited movement in my right arm. 
I still have no movement in my hands or wrists. 

            An International magazine recently did a story on me and the many authors and celebrities that have been
kind to me with several photos and text which may lend credence to my story and plea.

            I have been written about more than once in our local paper and several times in world renowned magazine publications. 

            Becoming a fan of yours and searching for photos of you, Ms. September, has been instrumental in
keeping me from feeling the dreaded loneliness that comes with someone who spends such long hours
alone in the same room day after day.  I have already served a term of confinement, and mostly solitary,
exceeding that of someone who has murdered another. 

            I feel that your photos have impacted my life greatly as I was very disturbed over the latest world news
and your photos and reading about you made me forget everything else.  I can assure you, Ms. September,
that I would treasure your autographed photo forever.

            I am writing to plead with you to take a personal interest, Ms. September, just this once in helping a
fan truly in need of your assistance.  My love for your beautiful photos means everything to me and you are my favorite adult model.

            I am living on nothing more than my disability income and cannot afford even the slightest luxury. 
I am only surviving with my family's assistance both financially and with my daily care. 

            I want to appeal to you, Ms. September, for your help in obtaining you’re autographed photo.
  I can assure you that I am sincere in my dilemma and request and hope that, just this once,
you can find the compassion to help someone unknown to you that really appreciates your beauty and talents. 

            Regardless of your response, I want to compliment you on your success and obvious beauty and business
